Job Title: Motorcycle Sales Executive
Location: Motorcycle World, Unit 3 Grafton Trade Park, Quorn Way, Northampton, NN1 2P
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic (experience dependent) + highly competitive commission (realistic OTE £50,000)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – every Saturday, with a weekday day off (to be negotiated)
Start Date: January 2026

Motorcycle World is an official Honda & Indian dealer based in Northampton, offering new and used bike sales, expert servicing, repairs, parts, clothing, accessories and a popular refuel café. We pride ourselves on friendly, honest advice, a proper biking atmosphere, and looking after our customers for the long term – not just for one sale.
We’re growing, and we’re now looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and help more riders find the right bike, kit and accessories.
The Role:
As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Motorcycle World for our retail customers. You’ll:
• Welcome customers into the showroom and give them a genuinely friendly, professional experience
• Listen to their needs and guide them to the right motorcycle, finance package, and accessories
• Handle the full sales process from first enquiry through to handover
• Proactively follow up leads (online, phone and walk-ins) to maximise every sales opportunity
• Maintain accurate records on our systems and keep customers updated throughout
• Work closely with the rest of the team (sales, service, parts and clothing) to create a joined-up experience
• Help with the presentation of the showroom – bikes, clothing displays and accessories
• Support events, open days and promotions where required
This is a customer-facing role where your energy, attitude and passion for bikes will make all the difference.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
• A genuine passion for motorcycles and the biking world
• Confident, friendly and approachable with good people skills
• Professional, well-presented and comfortable talking to customers face-to-face and on the phone
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude to sales
• Organised, reliable and able to follow processes accurately
• Comfortable working Saturdays as part of your normal week
Preferred (but not essential):
• Full motorcycle licence
• Experience working in motorcycle, automotive or retail sales
• Knowledge of current motorcycle brands, models and basic specs

What We Offer:
• Basic salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Realistic OTE: Around £50,000 with a competitive commission structure
