Ben
General Manager

Meet Ben, our General Manager! We’re thrilled to welcome him to the Motorcycle World family. Ben has years of experience running his own bike shop and brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to our team. When he’s not steering the business to new heights, you’ll find him being an awesome dad, hitting the track for some high-speed fun, or exploring the open road in with his trusty campervan.

Jamie
Service and Workshop Apprentice

We’re excited to welcome Jamie to the Motorcycle World team! Coming from a family of motorcycle riders, Jamie’s passion for bikes runs deep. Currently studying engineering, he’s got the mechanical skills and curiosity to match his love for two wheels—his dream bike? The legendary Fireblade! When he’s not at work or college, you’ll find Jamie gaming, 3D printing, or hitting the road on his bike.

Conor
Workshop Mechanic

Conor is our lead mechanic and loves being a problem solver! He enjoys the variety of working on different bikes every week, and has been in the industry for over 15 years, so your pride and joy is in safe hands with him! His dream bike (hard to choose as he gets to work on so many!) has to be an Aprilia V4 Factory. Outside of work he is embarking on a big DIY project, making his house a home, so swaps the spanner for a paintbrush to keep himself busy. He has two dogs and thoroughly enjoys taking them out on walks for some family downtime.

Geoff
Service and Deliveries

Meet Geoff, who works on our service desk and is our friendly delivery driver! Geoff is a cheeky chappie who loves riding his Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory with Stealth when he’s not at work, he has a parrot called Suzie who loves to mimic his voice, Geoff's also a bit of a dare devil and loves paragliding! He’s a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things 2 wheel!

Smit
Service and Parts Assistant

Meet Smit, who looks after our service and parts department. Smit’s name meals smile, and boy does his beam! He’s a proud Indian Motorcycle Scout owner who’s saving up for a Honda Africa Twin, as an terrain filled adrenaline lover! When he’s not at work he loves travelling across Europe with his wife, spending time with family and catching the latest flicks at the cinema!

Woody
Chief Pawformance Ambassador

Meet Woody, our Chief Pawformance Ambassador! Woody keeps us all on our toes with his endless excitement and positivity! He’s very much our in-house therapy dog at MCW — and when he’s not supervising to make sure everyone is giving him the attention he deserves, you’ll find him enjoying muddy walks, weekends away in the countryside, and making lots of new friends. His favourite hobby? Scoffing non-doggy treats when mummy and daddy aren’t looking! Safe to say, Woody takes his role very seriously.

David
Workshop Mechanic

Meet David – one of our trusted motorcycle mechanics! If there’s a tricky bike issue that needs figuring out, David’s your guy. He loves getting stuck into the technical side of things and finding the solution that gets you back on the road. When he’s not in the workshop, you’ll find him watching the F1, keeping up with the motorcycle industry, cooking up something good in the kitchen, or relaxing with a documentary or true movie! His top meal of choice? A proper roast dinner ????️ And if there’s hip hop playing in the background, even better. Got a technical question about your bike? Pop in and have a chat with David — he’ll be happy to help!
